Hospitals capitalizing on cloud, UC technology

Are health care providers leading the charge toward ubiquitous unified communications?

Hi and welcome back to the FlexITy blog.

Frost and Sullivan released a report earlier this month that analyzed survey responses from roughly 153 decision-makers in the health care sector regarding their perspectives on IT investments.

According to the report, cloud computing remains as the most ubiquitous advanced technology among hospitals, but the report seemed to indicate UC is growing far quicker.

UC clients and specific equipment such as Voice over Internet Protocol phone systems were tagged as having the highest growth potential in the health care sector through 2017.

Decision-makers might want to check out FlexTel from FlexITy, which can streamline communications between physicians, specialists and others.

Thanks for watching, we will see you next time.
