Denis Govedas joined FlexITy in 2014 and leads the FlexTEL hosted voice practice at FlexITy. With over 35 years in the industry, Denis has held a variety of technical, management and leadership roles in engineering, operations and sales within the service provider space. Denis brings a portfolio of knowledge with proven strategies for customer alignment.
Acquiring a significant tenure at leading Canadian Service providers, Denis has learned many aspects of the business by taking on increasingly complex and varied roles. From working in the Network Operations Centre, to leading an engineering team on Service Development, support of Network Service Platforms, and the development of associated KPIs and CSRs, as well as time in direct Sales roles, Denis has learned that meeting customer needs and expectations is key to a company’s success.
