Brett Crosswell Director of Healthcare
Brett Crosswell joined FlexITy in 2019 and now serves as our Director of Healthcare responsible for leading our FlexHealth team. Mr. Crosswell’s role is to further develop continued business within the Healthcare Practice at FlexITy with a focus on aligning solutions to client needs and implementing sales initiatives as well as strategy, in order to meet company targets for growth and profitability.
With an extensive background in Procurement, Mr. Crosswell brings over 20 plus years of experience in both the Healthcare & Public Sector which focused primarily on Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare technology reform, ICAT Solutions, roadmaps to enhance smart work flow to achieve better overall patient care experiences and clinical outcomes.
Mr. Crosswell possesses a wealth of knowledge in the RFX process, Contract Management and Vendor Management. This knowledge has enabled him to negotiate and organize multi-million dollar contracts and to achieve risk-adverse contracts, all while building all important client or vendor relationships.
